Carla ... Director of Clerical Operations
 Carla manages the front office operation for the Primary Care Division and oversees patient insurance claims and processing at Partners in Health. She also serves a “computer guru” for her occasionally technologically challenged co-workers. She joined the organization when the practice was formed in 1999. She had worked in the benefits department at Cinergy (now Duke Energy). Carla grew up in Lawrenceburg. She earned her associates degree at Southern Ohio College. She and her husband Robert live in Bright and have two teenage children.
