Pat ... Nurse to Dr. Lynn Eiler
 When her career as a stay-at-home mom drew to an end, Pat decided it was time to see if she remembered all she learned in nursing school. The answer was yes, and she began a second career that has spanned three decades. An Illinois native, she enjoyed visits to family who lived in Southeastern Indiana and liked the area. She moved to Greendale as she started nursing school at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, and she has been here ever since. She married after school and she and her late husband made their home in Greendale, where she still lives, and started a family. As the nest emptied, she returned to nursing in a private practice. Six months later she connected with a young physician who was starting his practice in Lawrenceburg. That was Dr. Lynn Eiler, and she has been his nurse ever since. She marvels at the changes in the medical profession over the years, noting there are so many more medicines and treatments to help patients. And while she understands the value of tools like electronic medical records, she remains committed to knowing patients as individuals, and always greeting them with a smile. Pat is the most senior staff member at Partners in Health and finds much satisfaction in her work and helping people to feel better. When not working, she enjoys time with family (including 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren), friends and Baxter, her Maltipoo who takes her for nightly walks.
